Kay works directly with organizations on their issues and challenges, mentors colleagues and younger professionals, presents to gatherings of all sizes and coaches individuals and small groups of decision-makers as they address their most pressing issues. Her design approach plants seeds, unravels tangled situations and sparks agreement.
