She works with nonprofits on major giving, strategic development planning, board engagement, capital campaigns and the creation of mission, vision, values and case statements. Kay founded her own consulting business in 1990 after ten years as a development director for three nonprofit organizations. Her professional services in the US and around the world are booked through Transforming Philanthropy, LLC.
