Greg McRay is an IRS-credentialed tax specialist and the founder and CEO of Foundation Group, a Nashville, Tennessee-based compliance services firm for nonprofits. He and his team have worked with nearly 20,000 nonprofits over 23 years, assisting them with services ranging from incorporation to 501(c)(3) status, and from Form 990 preparation to state charity registrations. Through their efforts, Foundation Group helps nonprofit leaders across the country make sense of complicated rules and requirements, reduce risk and grow their organizations.
